However for the purposes of partnering and investing in smaller scale business opportunities such as franchises and small to medium sized business enterprises, we do support investment projects that are looking for early stage capital thereby providing additional angel equity capital and seeding early stage small business.
We also mandate that all investment projects under our purview, are enrolled and instituted into the revolutionary ILACO "10 Steps to Business Success" program. This makes our business capital investment program entirely unique, as not only do we endorse and underwrite private equity investment into business projects; we also manage, provide oversight, monitor and report with transparency for all our investment backers. This is fundamentally unique than almost all other private equity and venture capital firms, which primarily place investment capital and reserve asset management to the incumbent management infrastructure.

Investment Refund Policy
ILACO Corporation maintains and exercises a significant Investment Refund Policy for all investment transactions. If you invested in any of our projects or businesses and subsequently feel it is not suitable for your investment criteria or have changed your investment profile, you may be eligible for a full refund of your capital investment, subject to review of soft and hard costs expended to date.
If no costs have been expended or incurred on your target investment, you will receive a complete refund unquestionably without deduction or penalty. In the event that soft costs have been incurred, your refund will be offset against any significant soft costs. In the case of all hard costs expended, these costs will be completely offset against any invested capital and the net proceeds will be refunded. In all cases, a complete audit and accounting is fully provided to your satisfaction and to ensure that your interests are not prejudiced or compromised. ILACO Venture Capital is not currently a registered venture capital fund and is pending appropriate registration and regulatory approval subject to application and appropriate due diligence. This means that there are no statutory regulations for compliance with reporting requirements and transparency of material financial disclosure.
